PACFI is committed to helping individuals and families affected by CF in the following ways:

• We provide assistance in the form of air conditioners, nebulizers, medications, or other CF related needs

• We award funds annually, when available, to people with CF who want to further their education.

• We provide funds for CF research through our "Million Dollar Bear" campaign and "Burke's Tour".
CF researchers are invited to send in a funding request, along with a summary of their proposed research.

• We provide in-services, on request, to schools to educate teachers and administrators
regarding the needs of students with CF.

• We provide "CF Talks" to any civic or community group on request.

• We share information and provide support through an international network
of individuals, families, organizations, and health care specialists.

 

 Proceeds going to THE MATROOM

THE MATROOM has been created to give wrestlers and their families an opportunity to become state tournament caliber wrestlers. 

Wrestling has become a big money sport.  Gone are the days of kids going out for wrestling in 1st grade, following the team program and by just being "tough" making it to the state tournament and perhaps placing.  Today's wrestlers are getting the best training money can buy.  They see Division I all-americans as clinicians on a weekly basis, they are using top 10 Division I lifting programs and they are attending big tournaments in multiple states as far away as North Dakota. 

Sadly, these teams those kids are being asked to join in the offseason are so big you already have to be a state caliber wrestler just to be asked.  Our teams are not all-star teams, we like to build our teams from the ground up and make our kids good wrestlers, our goal is to be able to do this without the kids having to spend any money at all.
